The Investigations Division is tasked with assisting the 27 towns and cities that make up the Merrimack County with full investigative resources to include:
All Investigations Division detectives work very closely with outside agencies such as the Children’s Advocacy Center, Children & Family Services, Internet Crimes against Children (ICAC), New Hampshire State Police, Department of Homeland Security (HSI), Fire Marshal, Merrimack County Attorney’s Office and other local, state and national law enforcement agencies.

The Communications division is a 24/7 operation handling the emergency calls for the Sheriff’s Office as well as Allenstown, Boscawen, Bow, Bradford, Canterbury, Chichester, Epsom, Henniker, Hopkinton, Loudon, Pembroke, Pittsfield, Warner, and Webster. In addition, the Medical Examiner and County Attorney’s office is on call through our office. For emergencies dial 911.
